The Challenge
Being a truly customer-centric organisation, LDK wanted to leverage data to ensure the business is well staffed, equipped and optimised to provide exceptional resident care for their customers, with outstanding quality and standards. As part of the data strategy, LDK was looking into options to collect and cross-correlate data from different sources and systems to derive actionable insights that would inform critical business decisions. Building up on top of their existing Databricks environment, LDK aimed to empower everyone within the organisation to use role-based data at any time, to make decisions with no barriers to access or understanding.
The Solution
LDK opted to utilise QTX Dashboards due to its advanced data management and reporting capabilities to enable real data democratisation across the business. The level of efficiency, time and cost saving due to the platform's automation, pre-built templates and data connectors enabled faster time to value compared to the traditional build approach.

The iterative approach began with developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to gather feedback iteratively from stakeholders. Subsequent sprints focused on rapid development and customisation to align with LDK's unique requirements. With expertise in both product and services, QTX delivered a tailored solution promptly and was able to release new features in a record timeframe, as requested by LDK.
The Result
LDK experienced tangible benefits from streamlining operations, reducing complexity and providing their teams with seamless access to insightful reports, enhancing overall business performance. They acknowledged the long-term cost efficiency of QTX Dashboards, characterised by a predictable pricing structure and unlimited report generation for all users. Looking ahead, LDK plans to transition more of their reporting to QTX dashboards, leveraging its AI and machine learning capabilities for advanced insights. Furthermore, QTX is actively involved in LDK's internal education and upskilling initiatives while ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
